The property was clean and the staff were super helpful and professional. The front end manager Mr Banam was went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Also loved the pool and that it was in walking distance to Dubai Mall. I can’t wait to return to this hotel.

The property is beautiful and the location is an accessible 5 minute walk to reach the Burj Khalifa. The staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming. From stepping out of the car we were greeted by door staff opening the door and helping is with luggage. The reception staff were so helpful and warm. The room was on the smaller side but perfect for what we needed as we were hardly in the room. If getting ready for nights out a bigger space might be needed. In saying that, there was a lot of storage space and mirror in bathroom and also at the window. Full length mirror in the walk in robe. The value for money was great and I think might have been an intro price as it’s worth at least double. They have created a serene space even though it is situated in the hustle and bustle of Downtown. We were celebrating my sisters birthday and they surprised her with a birthday cake on arrival which was a lovely touch.
