At check-in I was upgraded to a room with a view of Burj Khalifs as well as a room on a higher floor. The view was spectacular from the huge balcony. The bedroom size was excellent as well as the bathroom.

Set in a traditional palatial residence, Palace Downtown overlooks Dubai Fountain and the lake surrounding Burj Khalifa. It features an Arabian-style spa and a gym with personal trainer.

Hands down one of the best hotels in downtown Dubai. Easy check in process. Very spacious room with a city view, clean, pleasant lightning, very friendly and accommodating staff. The real highlight would have to be the staff at the club lounge. We greatly appreciate Augistin's attention to details which made our stay exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We loved the pool with the view of Burj Khalifa. We enjoyed delicious breakfast, complimentary lunch and dinner. We would like to thank the staff for being prompt and very accommodating. This hotel is definitely in our top 5 list for future stays in Dubai.
