Service - not only excellent service, but excellent attention to detail, very attentive, super warm, welcoming, helpful people Cleanliness - immaculate, you could eat off the floors Design - beautiful design, big open spaces, little “nooks” to sit and chat, have coffee or whatever Facilities - one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve been to in the world (and we travel a LOT); rooftop pool is spectacular, with a view of the Burj Kalifa, excellent poolside service - food and drinks! Location - very centrally located - Dubai mall, grand fountains, Burj Kalifa, etc… btw downtown Dubai is one of the safest metro area in the world.
