Our stay at Golden Sands Hotel Creek was, once again, a gorgeous experience, and it remains our favorite hotel in Dubai. Since 2022, we've consistently chosen this wonderful hotel, and they never fail to impress. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff, setting the tone for another memorable stay. The service was outstanding as always, and the rooms were impeccably clean, making us feel right at home. We were particularly delighted to find that the hotel had updated the room's decor by replacing the dark carpet with a beautiful blue one – a refreshing touch! This time, we were pleasantly surprised with a special gift – pajamas, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to our stay, making us feel like VIP guests. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. M. Saber, the duty manager, and Mr. Rauf for their exceptional cooperation and attentiveness. We truly appreciate their efforts in making our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return in May. Great location for a 2 night stopover as so close to the airport. As we have previously lived in Dubai, we didn't need to be near the tourist spots, so this area was perfect for us. Staff were all lovely and friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Bonus was having access to the lagoon - get there early to get a sunbed! It's an area that is still under construction, so there is a bit of noise, but nothing that impacted our stay. There is a walk along the creek you can do that has stunning views looking back towards the centre of Dubai, especially at sunset.

The service level is otherworldly. The lady at reception has catering and service in her blood, and that is shared by the rest of the team. They organized for me to be able to take a shower and change before going to the airport after a hot and sunny day, even though I had checked out hours ago! The breakfast is very good. Just the right balance between typical continental food and more local (mouhallabieh is worth a try!)

Highly recommend this hotel too anyone looking to stay in Dubai. It is a laid back oasis of calm in an otherwise bustling city. The adults only lagoon pool is something very special, with amazing views over the creek. Plenty of high quality restaurant choices. Staff made us feel very welcome and a very high quality of service.
