Absolutely wonderful stay. It looks even nicer than the pictures. So easy to get around from there. And it’s in a lovely area. And the hosts were so accommodating and helpful. If I come back to Dubai I will absolutely be coming back here!

The location was easily approached by the car. Hotel was super clean - our room was cleaned to perfection, especially the bathroom. Plenty of safe parking spaces. Breakfast choice was excellent, and I liked the little variety that was updated daily. The on-site bar/ restaurant was also great for drinks and lunch, with 20% off for hotel guests. Excellent value for the price.

The staff, the room, the pool, the Maisan restaurant, the lobby, the gym, massage, the room service- everything was spot on. Also the location was great - 5-10 min to metro station, groceries and shops.

The ambiance of the hotel was amazing my familly absolutely loved it .the lake and green environment is magical. The staff were all so helpful from the day we walked in. I would like to make special mention of Ahmed and Athman who received us checked us in and helped us with our bags and settling in. They were so helpful and they both exuded very positive welcoming energy when we arrived and even when we left . Loriel and Allain were all helpful and very pleasant . All services were efficient and we are definitely coming back with our whole familly December 2023. Thank you for grooming such a great team. The pool area was great and the restaurants in the hotel served lovely food.
