Smaller apartment with nice design elements. Location is good in terms of parking and metro (Shoba and DMCC). Walking distance to Marina Beach. Lots of good supermarkets around. Great value is the small park, running lines and outdoor gym. Costa and Starbucks nearby. Next building has good females beauty parlor, recommended. Also copy center nearby for printing, business cards etc. Host is fast responsive, no worries that no one answers or you will be alone with your problems. I recommend this apartment, especially, if you travel with children/teenagers. You can cook your own, everything functions in the kitchen. Or just go out and enjoy more than 20 restaurants around the house.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is beautiful like in pictures with great view to the other towers. It's really 5 minutes walk to Dubai Marina. The pool is not too big, but it's very nice and also there is a gym. The lobby is big where you can sit and wait for a taxi. Reception security works 24/7. Around the tower there are supermarkets and restaurants.

We spent a night in this fantastic studio, which was fully equipped to ensure our comfort. The place was impeccably clean, and the WiFi connectivity was excellent. The apartment was clean and exactly like in the photos. The owner was great and replied very quickly. Even when I couldn’t find the hairdryer, I got an answer within 5 minutes. The location was excellent, close to Carrefour and the metro station, and the beach was also not far away. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Owner very attentive & respectful , provided free parking at no extra cost. Nice towels, beddings & toileteries. Big smart tv and very clean. Many resturants and groceries arround few min from metro. Amazing roof top pool.
