Our stay here was great overall! The location was perfect for our needs, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had both a bath and a shower, which was a nice touch. The only minor issue was that we couldn't get cold water to work, but it didn’t affect our stay too much. A special mention to staff member Rajendra Basel, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. If you're planning to use the pool area, be sure to head there early to grab a sunbed, as it tends to fill up quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!

The location was perfect as I had meeting relatively close to it. The amenities were as what you’d require. The room was clean, comfy and specious. I enjoyed the 24h open gym which was equipped with all the essentials. However, the main highlight of the stay was the staff. They made my stay worth it; they were attentive and caring. The staff in general are extremely friendly and always willing to help with any problems. The staff at the front desk (Mr. Sahil and the rest of the team) have been so accommodating and kind. The breakfast buffet has a variety of wholesome options. I look forward to my stay at the Ramada every time I’m in Dubai. I’d highly recommend it to everyone.
