Loved everything. Large, extremely clean modern rooms. Perfect bed and bathroom. All staff extremely kind, friendly and helpful- from exceeding general expectations of a 5 star hotel to making little gifts to make the stay extra special. Seamless around the clock buggy transport from and to all hotel facilities and beaches. Seamless beach and sun-bed access (complimentary at hotel beach, but also very easy for hotspots like "Verde" beach). Concierge extremely helpful, immediate response times and very flexible with making/ moving-around booking/ securing booking that were otherwise unavailable. Excellent food around the whole property, including room service ! Spa is also great, incredible massage, easily bookable good blowouts + mani/pedi. Well organized valet area, very friendly. All around, very great, will definitely come back for a longer stay.

What's not to like ? Definitely luxurious 5 star, very classy and sparkling clean ! The staff very polite attentionate. Fantastic beach, beautiful sand, clean sea, great sunbed and towel service, loved the icebox with fresh water. Lots of motorsports although we didn't use them. Breakfast buffet delicious, out of this world ! Always some space to sit outdoors. Amazing sharing of property and facilities with all the Jumeira hotels, tried all the swimming pools ! The Souk next door is a wonderful plus ! The Abra boat service is such a great idea ! Very refreshing canal and beautiful gardens around it.

Teh room has good sizes, all cleaned, and the staff is very friendly Ideal for a few days. A car is recommended.

We, a group of college friends meeting after 20 years, stayed here for our reunion. This is an exceptional property for this. The service was prompt and cleaning was done without us asking and without disturbing us at all. All the amenities are in top shape, and the location is very nice. Overall it was an exceptional experience for all of us.

Well the best experience in Dubai so far! Perfect location (10 min by foot to the beach), the most comfortable bed ever (wanna take it home!), absolutely wonderful room temperature without ac in the winter (beginning of March) due to open windows (with mosquitoes nets of course), huge room with my own bathroom (I was given to choose between 2 rooms), my dear friend Papita - cutest and cleverest dog, and Dani - the spirit and soul of the house, a very nice and kind lady who helped with any request, thank you a lot! There was also a swimming pool, but who needs a pool, if you have the sea? :)
