The meals were quite good. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. I liked the big bathroom in my room and the view. Also the hotel facilities are of good quality.

The staff of the Hotel were very helpful and smiling all the day though I had a different needy guests however the hotel staff handled them very well. Also when I make a request to one of the reception staff, I find all the staff knowing my request and dealing according to the instructions I gave. The facility itself was very good, clean and a lot of activities to do. The hotel gives free rides (go and return) to the most of Sharjah malls and to Dubai mall which is great option. The location of the hotel is very good and I didn't suffer to go any place from the hotel.

Emirates stars was a confutable stay. I really enjoyed it very highly clean apartment I had honestly my experience was Fantastic. Easy to get close to the the beach staff was very helpful and friendly also the manager ammar was a real gentleman helpful with a smile I see him every morning and quite helpful for any tourist information felt like it was my home. Room service was a great service can’t fault anything I definitely appreciate it and will return soon. Once again thanks to Emirates stars staff.

I like the place. Very calm. Very Friendly Staff. Specialy Mr Dipesh. Assist us very well. He arranged our checkout time more two hours. This is the best place to stay. Apartment also very good.
