The apartment is cozy and has the old town vibe. We had a lovely stay here. The owner is very responsive and nice. Location is perfect, in walking distance to the city center. Soundproof rooms, modern design, and a quiet location made the stay very comfortable! The apartment felt modern and clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, so it was easy to rest. A well-made room with small details like the night light in the bathroom was very helpful. A hotel where you really get rest.

This was my third time visiting Graz and I have to admit that this location was my favourite. Loved the central location and the apartment is absolutely beautiful and has everything you may need. If you are into old buildings turned into valuable gems this might be the place for you. I also really appreciated the free parking spot. Just outside the window is a restaurant with a terrace. While during my visit this was closed due to the weather, I don’t know how this may work in the summer and if there will be any noise from the restaurant. Something to consider when booking.
