Very clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was possible to leave luggage in the storage room after check-out. Bus stop is right in front and easy to get to the Hbf.

We loved everything. The location is incredibly convenient, with the entire city center easily accessible on foot. Having our own parking spot in the courtyard was a lifesaver in the city. And that fresco on the living room ceiling! The bathroom was excellent and fully equipped, as was the kitchen.

This was my third time visiting Graz and I have to admit that this location was my favourite. Loved the central location and the apartment is absolutely beautiful and has everything you may need. If you are into old buildings turned into valuable gems this might be the place for you. I also really appreciated the free parking spot. Just outside the window is a restaurant with a terrace. While during my visit this was closed due to the weather, I don’t know how this may work in the summer and if there will be any noise from the restaurant. Something to consider when booking.
