Honestly this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Kind staff, amazing location, a wonderful breakfast and a stunning cozy interior. Our room also had a lovely view. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Innsbruck in the future.

- The hotel is located right next to Innsbruck Central Station, making it incredibly convenient if you have travel plans involving the station. Personally, I needed to take a regional bus to another destination, and even early in the morning, it was easy to head straight to the bus stop without any hassle. - The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of buffet options that were both delicious and satisfying. A major advantage was that breakfast was available as early as 6 AM, which was incredibly convenient. - The view from the room was also impressive. I was assigned a room on a high floor, allowing me to start my day with a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains—a delightful bonus. - The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. When I asked about hiking options in Innsbruck, they shared firsthand experiences and recommendations, which made it much easier for me to plan my trip. - I appreciated the security system, where you had to scan your key card to select a floor on the elevator. - The room was very quiet, ensuring I could enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
