The hotel was quite central, only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Linz. Parking is underground of the hotel which is very convenient and free of charge, a welcome bonus. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, a spacious shower room and the bed was extremely comfortable. We have stayed in B & B hotels in both Austria and France and have always found them to be cost effective for the excellent facilities and comfort.

Apartment with Terrace is a really fine choice. Rilke apartments are located in dazzling modern building tucked in the historical Linz city centre - a literal stone throw away from Taubenmarkt. The apartment consists of a living room/kitchen and separate bedroom - which can be entered from two sets of doors on either sides of the room, a spatious - and quite luxurious - bathroom as well as a small montage balcony with a street view. Since there are maybe three or four units on each floor you think for yourself that it might get noisy here sometimes - but actually the apartment's soundproofing is masterful to the point that you don't hear any noise from the neighbours even if You really make a concerted effort to hear something. The second you enter the apartment - you are in a world of your own - and this sense of isolation, tranquility and overall comfort of the place can't be overstated. Also the apartment is very clean, well equipped and maintained. The hosts are really there for you and you get immediate help whenever you need it.

This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.
