The beds were extremely comfortable, and the whole building was very quiet after a certain time, which made for a peaceful stay. The washing machine was very efficient perfect for a longer stay. The breakfast was generous and really good quality. Delicious rolls, cheese, ham, muesli, yoghurt. And great, fresh ground coffee and Sonnentor teas. And pear juice from a local farm. The couple who run this place are very kind, warm and gentle and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. I arrived after a very long, snowy drive and it was so relaxing to just get to my room and crash.

The apartment is very comfortable and was very clean and very well decorated. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook. The location was perfect, in the middle of the town but very quiet. We enjoyed it very much. The communication with the owner was exceptional, they responded to my questions very promptly and the information about check-in was very detailed and clear. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my family and friends. And if I had to return to Linz I would not hesitate to rent it again.

This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

We stayed with two adults and two children. Everything was there and the facilities were perfect. Even the back of the TV was cleaned and the room was very clean. There were even children's beds and toys prepared, and the children were very excited. The owner was also very kind and gave us many recommendations for places to visit in Linz. We had thought about walking around the city a bit in the evening, but it was so comfortable that we spent the time in the apartment. We would definitely like to use it again!
