Welcome drink at arrival. Onsite parking, easy access and navigation. The house is quiet and spacious. Room at excellent condition, sleeping in extreme comfort. Bathroom with bath and a shower. Oftentimes one will see apartments like this one advertised, that don't actually end up meeting the expectations. This was NOT the case with SCHICK und LUFTIG. The eye to detail is incredible, you can really tell that the operators put in the effort and truly want to offer a great place that feels like home. It comes equipped with pretty much everything that you need and it is absolutely SPOTLESS. Very nice interior design and furnishing adds to the homely feeling and the numerous balconies are an incredible addition. Should we ever be back in Linz in a similar constellation , this will 100 % be booked again.

The apartment is very comfortable and was very clean and very well decorated. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook. The location was perfect, in the middle of the town but very quiet. We enjoyed it very much. The communication with the owner was exceptional, they responded to my questions very promptly and the information about check-in was very detailed and clear. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my family and friends. And if I had to return to Linz I would not hesitate to rent it again.

This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

The studio has everything one needs for a short stay. The location right in the historical centre is very convenient. Both check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. I can't complain, I will consider this accomodation again if re-visiting Linz.
