Our family ski a lot in Austria in many different centers. Although the hotels are good, the staff are somehow not polite. But this hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. Esp, our waiter at dinner, Ana! She is the 6th star of this hotel :) I do always appreciate people who care&love their jobs. She is that kind. Thanks Ana for the lovely dinner times!

the only reason not to give it a straight forward 10 is that I might have problem booking next time. Very helpful reception, a chef that is Michelin worthy. I will most certainly return here

All was perfect: breakfast, afternoon snack (nice after skiing), dinner, pool, saunas and whirlpool. Especially service provided by Bodin through the dinner was excellent. We've enjoyed every minute of the stay, despite the weather was not that great. We can only recommend the stay to others.
