The apartment was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated. It offers a private parking space and convenient access, even during late hours. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the communication with the host is outstanding. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for accommodation in the area!

A comfortable hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. All the staff were professional and kind. When I asked something I didn't understand, they explained it clearly and helped me, so I felt at ease during my stay. The breakfast was better than I expected! There was freshly squeezed juice, BIO honey, fresh vegetables and fruits, and I was able to refresh my tired body after a long journey. Guests were relaxing on the terrace and chatting with friends and family. Everyone seemed to be having fun, and there seemed to be many regulars. I felt that this was a special relaxing space for them. I am grateful for the wonderful hospitality even though it was my first visit. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel!

I was a bit skeptical when I booked the room, but in the end it turned out to be a really nice stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t expect a bottle of water and sweets waiting for us!

The location is conveniently located near Heilegenstadt U-bahn station (2 mins walk from the place) so it's handy enough to get to town, takes you around ~20 minutes and there's a bunch shops nearby such as Billa and restaurants etc. Initially I had some small concerns regarding from the previous reviews, but to my surprise the Hotel Management addressed these concerns. Overall it's very good for the price and quality ratio. I'd say this hotel/apartment is highly recommended.

Hotel was amazing. Everything was great during our Stay in Vienna. Staff is very friendly and someone is always on the reception to assist you wantever you need. Room is super clean. The housekeeper was cleaning and changing our bed sheets everyday and bringing us a new towels. Really impressed how clean the hotel is. Definitely recommend this and we'll come back for sure.
