Great hotel. Very good location. Close to metro and Westfield shopping center. The room was excellent and very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel. I will definitely book it again.

I did not get to stay here due to over booking. I did not know about over booking until I arrived at the premises and the owner Schmid advised me that he had contacted B.Com re same and that they should have let me know. He was apologetic and went about sourcing alternative accommodation for me. This was done and Schmid brought me to new accommodation and got me checked in. It was a little bit removed from where I wanted to be but nothing serious. Based on my dealing with Schmid, I am happy to recommend this premises.

We had an amazing stay in the apartment during our trip to Vienna! It had everything we needed, and it was super easy to find, just a stone's throw from the city center. Plus, public transport (both the train/metro and bus) was only a quick 2-3 minute walk away! The garden was such a lovely spot to relax and enjoy lunch with my family—it truly felt like a little oasis. The apartment was spacious, clean, and spotless, with free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. Honestly, we had everything we could possibly wish for! We also really appreciated the private parking spot; it was so convenient. Alex was fantastic to communicate with—always quick to respond and super helpful. The check-in message with all the instructions and recommendations was clear and made everything so easy for us. I can’t recommend Symphony Apartments enough! We’ll definitely be back for our next trip to Vienna!

The area was excellent, with beautiful nature and a quiet street. The parking for a car was near (8 minutes on foot), and the metro station with the connection to everywhere was also 8 minutes on foot. The view of the lake was beautiful. Accommodation was clean and romantic, and the owner was helpful. I recommend it to everyone.
