The room and bathroom were clean. Pictures represent reality. Room is very worm. Staff is polite and friendly. Public transportation is literally outside the Bassena hotel, including Airport Shuttle. We didn’t try the breakfast, hence, cannot comment on that.

Great location right at the water: 1min walk to supermarket, 5min to subway station, and less than 10min to Donaupark. Perfect for a family with kids. Apartment was beautifully furnished and came with everything we needed (washing machine and dishwasher were so useful). The guys managing the property were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to stay here again!

Great location for the Vienna triathlon. Quiet, residential area so noise wasn’t a problem at all. Modern and spacious apartment which was very comfortable.

Elizabeth our hostess was very welcoming; she and her husband helped with our luggage and as we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, she very kindly provided our breakfast on Monday morning. The weather was intensely hot and sleeping was not easy, but our hostess provided electric fans for our comfort. Also there was a welcome Nespresso machine so we could have coffee.

Comfortable flat fully equipped with a pleasant balcony. On arrival there were refreshments waiting for us which was very nice. To the metro about 12 minutes and from there about 15 minutes to the cathedral. Very good contact with the host.
