Excellent amenities and restaurant. We dined there twice. The staff was so lovely -- they truly made our trip so special. Special thanks to the manager and the restaurant staff Alex and Thomas. They were so incredibly kind. Alex in particular made our day. :) He was extremely thoughtful with his service and we wish we had time to get to know him more. The manager was so kind and welcoming. I feel bad that we didn't get his name, but he helped us do an early check in and checked in on us multiple times to ensure we were enjoying our meals and stay. It's people that make your stay at the end of the day, and people here are just top-notch. We'd definitely love to stay here again if we are ever in Vienna.

The staff members were kind and helpful. A convenient location, close to the center. Everything in the hotel is new. I really liked the breakfast, it was delicious. Plenty of room in the room plus a larger than usual refrigerator. Plus the bed was very roomy and comfortable. It was also right on a tram line that took you to the center of the city.
