The saff is very nice helpful and profesional. Location is perfect, right in the centar and public transport is just few steps away. Rooms have been recently redesigned and they are very comfortable and quite generous size.

Perfect hotel. 10
Location is superb to visit the city. It is pretty close to go by foot to any place of interest. Breakfast was perfect, many options of food to taste and very good coffee. 4 mornings were not enough to taste everything. Service at breakfast was very nice - quick and pleasant. Young lady with glasses (sorry do not know her name) kindly managed visitors requests. Beds were comfortable to rest after long walking.

I stayed at the hotel in August 2025 during my honeymoon with my wife.
We were welcomed by the receptionist, Daniel, who was extremely kind.
Room: After check-in, we went to our room and found some chocolates left as a gift for our honeymoon. I was totally surprised and very grateful for this gesture. The room was spacious, had a safe, sewing kit, was very clean, and smelled great.
Location: The hotel is very well located, close to the Opera, near a local market in Vienna, and within walking distance of many main attractions, such as the Albertina Museum.
I truly recommend this hotel!
