The numerous restaurants in the neighboorhood have changed a lot since the pandemic, but this hotel hasn't. If anything, it has risen from the challenges better than ever. With every visit I notice a number of small improvements that show the staff's detailed attention to the customers' wishes and needs. The always fantastic breakfast got even better in its variety of choices. The location is excellent: direct train link from the airport to Praterstern station, a 100 meters walk from the hotel, and from there S-Bahn, U-Bahn and tram connections which bring you anywhere in central Wien within a few minutes. The hotel is an old family business, and it feels like that: very little staff fluctuation, other than the natural. Clean, friendly, comfortable, and possibly the best value for money in Wien. Highly recommended!

It’s just perfect place to spend few days in Vienna. This charming apartment is located in quiet neighbourhood, few nice restaurants, bars, supermarket within 5-10 min walk, subway stations U1, U2 within 10-15 min walking, airport bus to U1 5min walk, Prater is 20 min walking, etc.
Apartment itself is very comfortable, bed too comfortable, nicely decorated and spotless clean.
If have to come to Vienna it will be this apartment again.

- Location is great, very close to the tram station and Praterstern train station
- The room is quite big and also clean
- The staff was friendly, we left our luggages somewhere in the building before the check in and they brought them in our room when we checked in
- There is a Billa right across the street
- The area is really quiet and we felt safe
