A hotel with a homely atmosphere. Very nice service, very good contact with the owner. Cozy rooms, kettle and coffee maker in the room. Very tasty breakfast, lots of choice. We parked right outside the hotel, but there were plenty of free parking spaces in the surrounding streets. Close to supermarkets, close to the subway, tram stops and P+R car park. Recommendable.

Staying at Pia's Gardenview was enjoyable. The apartment is conveniently located on a quiet side street, with supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. It is well designed and fully equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was excellent, and communication with the owner was smooth and hassle-free. I would be happy to return and recommend it to others.

After contacting the owners and arranging arranging the arrival time, the owners were waiting for us. They helped with the paid street parking and informed us about other parking possibilities. They also helped us with looking for convenient public transport options. Really very nice and helpful.

Outstanding place. New, 2-floor apartment with all possible facilities, excellent for a medium-sized family. The location is very good, with easy transfers by tram and subway to the center (12 min. by subway to the center; 7 min walk to the subway U3). Shops and restaurants around, within walking distance. We spent there 8 days, but this place is suitable for longer stays.

It met our expectations in spades. The hosts were prompt in communication and available to help us with anything we asked. Professional, the house was functional and spotlessly clean and quite warm. It was fully equipped with shampoo towels and bath products and there was also a fully equipped kitchen. The location of the house served us well on all our outings. One tram stop was 20 metres from the house and a second one 100 metres away. The metro stop was a 7 minute walk. There was a bakery next door and 2 super markets right across the street. Also in the area we parked very easily.

Unique atmosphere, beautiful panorama of all Vienana. Very comfortable to go by bus to the city center. Nice breakfast and comfortable rooms. We will stay there again if we are in Vienna.
