We stayed on the ground floor. The apartment was very well decorated and very well equipped for a short or long stay. The heating and hot water worked excellently. The location is not very central, but being literally next to the metro, you can get anywhere easily. The supermarkets nearby are also a plus. The building is very quiet and peaceful, and the landlady was very polite and explained everything very well to us. For such a good price for Vienna, I can't give it less than a 10. I highly recommend it.

Location was great, connecting by tram, bus and U barn was easy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The use of washing machine and dryer was helpful. Breakfast was simple but filling. The small kitchen had everything we needed. AC was working very well.

Excellent location — within a 3-minute walk there are several breakfast places, and the U3 Schweglerstrasse metro station is also just a few minutes away. There’s a great Turkish restaurant right at the metro stop, offering high-quality dishes. Several tram lines stop right next to the building, and even Mariahilfer Strasse is reachable on foot (for those feeling sporty). The apartment is well-equipped, modern, and features high-quality interior design — it’s a pleasure to stay here. Despite being on the first floor, it’s soundproof, so street and tram noise were not disturbing. I loved the abundance of shelving and storage — the layout is truly well thought out. We stayed in Apartment 10, which includes a terrace overlooking a charming inner garden. Special thanks to the “receptionist,” who called us in advance to confirm which apartment we would receive, as we were traveling with friends and requested nearby accommodation. There is no reception on-site, but after online check-in, we immediately received our access code, which was very easy to use.

No breakfast provided. We made it for ourselves as it was an apartement. Great place to be, well done. All the furniture are comfortable and new or in good condition. Well equipped the kitchen and the bathroom as well. It has hair dryer, coffee machine, oven, iron, hoover. Spacious terrace! Love to stay there any time!
