When I arrived at midnight, very tired having had a bad start to my day it just got worse, the young lady who was on duty that night, understood what a day I had had , the straw came when my travel card was rejected so she took me over to the ATM machine so I could withdraw cash, she was brilliant, because I was so tired and stressed I could never have done that without her help.

Sunnybank Star Hotel is located in South Brisbane, 8 minutes' drive from Westfield Garden City and a 30-minute drive from the Gold Coast Theme Parks.

The property is very nice for our family, with 3 young kids. Newly renovated bath room looks great. The host is kind and considerate. She even prepared a basket fruits and chocolate which we did not expected. The property also have a nice clean pool and trampoline. Best ever! We had a very nice stay.

Gorgeous apartment, wish we stayed longer but we only had time for one night for a Whale cruise the next day before making our way.

Location was great! Place was a wonderful self-contained granny flat (of sorts) with lots of room. Close to shops, restaurants, dog park and was very pet friendly :)
