Very new and well designed hotel. Large room on the fifth floor with views over the city. There is also a restaurant in house, but we didn‘t go there.

Check in was quick and efficient. Room was ready upon arrival. Room was clean and tidy. I am glad I went for the more unique stay in this restore Victorian mansion than in a standard hotel-gives the guest a taste for the beautiful architecture can be found within the city. Views from the window were great, overlooked the river and the city center. Centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, museums.

Lovely well equipped and spacious cottage within walking distance of the restaurants and things to do in Launceston. The breakfast hamper was very generous. We very much appreciated the restaurant recommendations. Enjoyed both that we picked from the list.
