The property was extremely clean and comfortable and everything was provided for us. The hosts really do go above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay and we really did! One of the best properties we have ever stayed in Melbourne. Highly recommend this property.

Boutique Beach House was the perfect anchor for our weekend in St Kilda. Close to amenities, easy to access, no stairs, good layout and great communication from our lovely hosts made it a weekend to remember. We will definitely be back!

Welcoming environment feels like home, very nice property, the manger/ owner was very friendly and helpful. Having a bed for the cost I paid, was great. I like welcome basket and curtains providing privacy. The kitchen was nice too.

Thoroughly enjoying my current stay here!
Clean facilities, ensuite bathrooms in every room and the rooms generally feel pretty spacious.
Lots of social events running throughout the week so there's always plenty to do! (Party bingo, beer pong and trivia to name a few!).
Free breakfast every morning is definitely a highlight - shout-out to Dominique for making delicious pancakes! 🥞
All of the staff are really friendly and chatty- Ronnie from reception is always super lovely and chatty whenever I walk past and made me feel incredibly welcome whilst checking in! ☺️
Definitely worth a stay here whether you're looking to stay short or long term ♥️
