I had the most incredible experience staying at the hotel recently, and I just have to share my positive feedback! The exceptional service provided by Elchin and Djafar truly made my stay truly memorable.
From the moment I arrived, Elchin greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. He was incredibly helpful, assisting with my check-in and ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. His attention to detail and knowledge about the hotel amenities truly impressed me.
Throughout my stay, Djafar went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic experience. His professional and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. Whether it was making restaurant recommendations, arranging transportation, or attending to any requests or inquiries I had, Djafar executed everything flawlessly.
Both Elchin and Djafar really understand the meaning of exceptional service. They were always ready to assist, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. Their dedication and commitment to providing top-notch service sets a new standard for hospitality.
In addition to the exceptional service, the hotel itself was outstanding. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with attention paid to every detail. The amenities and facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly luxurious and comfortable.

The staff are amazing and they offered us complementary drink because rooms were not ready when we arrived. They also offered us great compensation including free lunch due to some inconvenience of a trip booked by the hotel.

Very beautiful hotel with amazing helpful stuff and the best location. You have all nice cafes, attractions, shops and buildings and mainly Caspean sea within walking distance. The interior is pleasing eyes with a national hint. Excellent breakfast with a good selection and even fresh squeezed juice, comfortable beds. Molokan Inn is what made our trip to Baku the most pleasant and satifying adventure. Highly recommended for everyone if you want to explore Baku.
