The hotel left a most pleasant impression. The interiors and rooms are elegantly decorated with great taste. The selection of artwork reflects the country's traditions and history, creating a special atmosphere. Even seemingly small details, like the neutral scent of the toiletries, demonstrate the hotel's attention to guests—allergies are taken into account. The televisions are set at a low volume so as not to disturb neighbors—another sign of thoughtfulness. I'd especially like to commend the hotel team—they are always attentive, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to the reception staff—Muhammad, Emina, and Yulia. The restaurant offers an excellent breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes and a wide selection. Sincere thanks to chefs Ravad, Rashad, and Osman; supervisors Valeria and Jeyran; and waiter Rashad. This hotel is truly a five-star hotel! And finally, a special thanks to Supervisor Muhammad for an unforgettable morning of our departure

The staff are amazing and they offered us complementary drink because rooms were not ready when we arrived. They also offered us great compensation including free lunch due to some inconvenience of a trip booked by the hotel.

I am very glad that I chose this hotel. The location is excellent: Icherisheher metro station and the Old City are nearby, which was very important for me. On the one hand, it is easy to get to Fountain Square, on the other to the Upland Park and Flame Towers.
The rooms are clean and cozy, the hotel has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I also used the microwave in the lounge area several times very convenient. The hotel is small, but very cozy and welcoming.
Special thanks to the manager Orhan and his team for their attentiveness, friendliness and willingness to help in any situation. You feel at home here.

Everything! The food, the room, the staff—especially Ruslan. We had a nice chat about a lot of things after a wonderful dinner by the hotel’s restaurant. The complementary wine accompanying our chat sent us off into the best sleep in one of the best cities we have ever visited.
