The staff are amazing and they offered us complementary drink because rooms were not ready when we arrived. They also offered us great compensation including free lunch due to some inconvenience of a trip booked by the hotel.

Phenomenal location in old city centre.
Only 9 rooms which adds to the intimate interactions with the kind and attentive staff.
Hotel only opened in August this year so everything is clean and polished (not to take away from the lovely cleaning lady Tamara who polishes your room every morning!)

They have accommodated our early check in request. The room was very clean and had a rustic-modern vibe. It was cleaned daily throughout our stay. Not only that, the room they have given us had stunning views of the Caspian Sea and the Flame Towers. Breakfast was limited but was really really good and the view from the breakfast floor was amazing with Maiden Tower on the left, Caspian Sea at the center and Flame Towers on the right. The location was nearby the Maiden Tower and Old City as well as really good restaurants. The staff has taken care of us and were very professional and friendly. All in all, the entire stay was perfect. Hats off to this hotel. Highly recommended!

Great place to discover Baku from. It is in the old town in a quiet street, close to the main attractions and the public transport also. The room was spacious and comfortable, from the terrace we could see the sea.
