We were there in August 2025, very pleased. The location of the hotel is great. The staff is responsive, polite and very caring. The breakfasts are amazing, we left very early and they packed us breakfast to go - 2 bags of delicious cheeses, fruits, homemade bread, snacks! The room is creative, clean and well-kept, quiet. I loved their professionalism towards family guests, All of the staff was quit supportive and helping in all aspects,
SPECIALLY #Azer, he helped us to check in earlier then our booking time, helped us to shift our luggage, Airport shuttle arrangements, locations of nice hotels for family dinning.
I was therewith the kids, wgo are really naughty, but they dealt with us with great patience and treated them with kindness.
We really felt like, we are at home. No strange feelings at all.
( highly recommended hotel for families and even for couples).

The location was fantastic, right in the old town. The rooms were beautiful, just as in the photos. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was quiet at night, and the curtains are good so it was dark in the room.
