Everything about the Kilim Boutique Hotel was exceptional,the Receptionist, Manager, Housekeepers, and Chef all went above and beyond. I was truly impressed. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home: safe, comfortable, and genuinely welcomed.

Oh, should I brag about it? Of course! Let me tell you about the Receptionist who went out of his way to help me find a Bolt. I couldn’t figure it out, but he didn’t just give directions, he literally stepped away from the desk, walked with me, and made sure I was set.

I loved their professionalism towards family guests, All of the staff was quit supportive and helping in all aspects,
SPECIALLY #Azer, he helped us to check in earlier then our booking time, helped us to shift our luggage, Airport shuttle arrangements, locations of nice hotels for family dinning.
I was therewith the kids, wgo are really naughty, but they dealt with us with great patience and treated them with kindness.
We really felt like, we are at home. No strange feelings at all.

Hotel is in the heart of the Old City (İçeri Şeher). The rooms are very well decorated and well maintained. We just walked all around the city yet the location of the hotel is very convenient for a walking tour around the attractions. Staff is extremely hospitable and respectful. They contact with you a week before your travel and make sure everything is well prepared for your desires. When you ask, they provide you with many options for tours and dining and etc.
The rooms are designed in a traditional fashion that you feel you are staying in Azerbaijan, and it is very comfortable. This is very much attractive for people who just want to experience the culture while they stay rather than the generic furniture. They even put books to your room by Azerbaijani writers. The rooms were quiet spacious as well.
The terrace of the hotel is the most picturesque place of the city maybe even better than Panorama. Since the hotel doesn't have a kitchen and bar, they don't mind you brining your own to terrace. They also have a deal with a nearby terrace restaurant (max 2 mins of walking) for breakfast, which is the fairest price I've ever seen in Baku given the variety.
I would like to thank all the staff who helped us during our stay and special thanks to Altay who followed our stay and made everything ready before we arrived even before day 1. Qardaşlarıma teşekkür edirem, salamlar.

This was not my first stay at the Art Club Hotel.
My fist impression in Dec 2021 about this Boutique Hotel in the Old city of Baku was very positive. And every time when I am back to Baku and it’s a pleasure to stay in Art Club.
What are the advantages of this venue to me:
- only 20-25 min way to the airport;
- perfect location in the Old city: everything in Baku like museums, malls, points of attraction, art galleries and ATM and etc are very accessible from there;
- price: there are always nice offers on booking.com if the reservation is made in advance;
- quiet location: there are only 11 rooms in two separate parts of the hotel, therefore a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere;
- spacious rooms are well equipped. this time I was lucky to stay in a suite with a terrace - large room, great view and nice rate on booking);
- service is very good: the room and bathroom were clean and the terrace as well; the reception lady and the staff are always ready to support;
- the authentic interiors of the hotel and every room create a striking and memorable atmosphere. It feels like being in a living museum where you can enjoy the history, culture and traditions of Azerbaijan;
- restaurant Art Club on the ground-floor is one of the best in Baku and the breakfast there is just awesome😀
