The room is very comfortable and spacious. I had a room facing the park. However the light shine so bright during the day that you barely get to enjoy the view, but it was still a good view. The restaurant serves yummy food and was a good place to sit and get some work done. The location is about 20 minutes walk to Nizami Street but it felt safe to walk day or night.

Hotel personnel was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the room much bigger than expected. Very comfortable. I happened to lose my wedding ring and the crew found it and returned it to me a couple of days later without any issue. Location is excellent, very close to city center.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! It was impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel truly special. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Zaki in particular and Malik, Aga Mohsum and Khayal. Also the cleaning lady who gave us water when we arrived back late one night. Bedroom comfortable. Location is very convenient to Old City and restaurants/shops
