Two sisters are amazing hosts, they are very helpful if you need anything. I felt like a guest at their home. I would definitely prefer this with. genuine & sincere hospitality and human connection to staying at a 5 star hotel. The house has Art Nouveau details which l liked very much. Location, breakfast and hygiene are good..

Nice walk to the center but for those who dont walk the Nizami metro station is 5 mins away
Many markets , eateries and cafes as it is situated not in a tourist area but residential part of Baku

Farhad is a very effective front desk man. He reached out to us to respond to our specific request to arrive in the middle of the night. Also he stayed a trusted contact person throughout all of our stay.
Our idea was to continue to Kazachstan by the ferry from Alat and Farhad was so nice to help us by calling the port and doing a lot of translating for us!
The room is clean, water and tea provided and the design of the hallway is stunning. Totally new for me but I really enjoy the marble.

The property exceeded my expectations - it offers pretty views from 17th floor, spacious clean room, bathroom and a full kitchen. The host is very helpful: he picked me up from he shuttle bus, drove me to show around and gave some good recommendations. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely boutique hotel situated in historical building in the heart of Baku.
Easy 5 mins walking to the old city and Boulevard. Plenty of restaurants and bars around.
The room is more than enough for one person with comfortable bed, towels, TV and AC.
Special touch is added by the friendliness of the staff of the hotel, they are very welcoming and helpful, will greet you with smile and tea.
I hope to come back to this hotel again soon.
