Very friendly and helpful staff. Whenever and whatever we asked them, they always responded with a smile and gave us the feeling of being welcomed. The room was fantastic and the breakfast very good. The hotel itself is located close to all main attractions, so it was very easy to visit the museums and monuments we were interested in. I can fully recommend this hotel.

Would 100% recommend. Lots of restaurants and conviences close by. Bed was comfy. Stayed in January and it was lovely and cosy. Beautifully deorated. Felt very safe in the property and there was no neighbourhood noise from other tenants or on the street. View from the apartment was good. Nico has a good selection of books of things to do in Antwerp and was very friendly and helpful. Could not fault the stay. 10/10

Location is perfect , decor is fabulous , food was delicious! The owner was so lovely, he couldn’t done enough for us. He has put a lot of thought into the place. Well stocked bar at reasonable prices, incredible breakfast, lovely spread of food! Owner really thought of everything! We would definitely go back and couldn’t recommend enough!

The property itself is unbelievably beautiful, well-maintained. Every detail of the hotel is selected with such attention and love, you can simply spend hours there just observing the design. Nonetheless, it doesn’t feel like you stay in a museum, everything is comfortable and thought-through.
The staff is amazing, eager to assist and to make sure we have the best experience possible. We asked for advice and directions for sightseeing and dining and were given great ideas and places to visit. The breakfast is incredible! The breads and sweet treats, the selection of home-made jams and yogurts, fresh smoothies and many more things made our day! Special thanks to Frank for making our mornings so special!
The location of the hotel is super comfortable, it is right in the city centre, close to museums, the embankment.
Overall, I had the best stay at Flora possible and I can’t wait to return there for my next Antwerp trip!

Wonderful, stylish, big, clean apartment with all necessary things inside! Location is as central as it can get but at the same time the noise cancellation is good so all the party outside wasn’t disturbing. The building itself is also historical and beautiful and very helpful staff downstairs in the restaurant!

The apartment is very clean and is kept with big love and attention to details. We had everything we needed: tea, coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and even beautiful napkins for the table.
Hot water worked perfectly, without any interruptions and toilet worked perfectly. No problem with water flash as i expected as the building is located in the old city center.
Internet worked perfectly well!
Apartment is located in the very heart of the city, but it is a quite area, no disturbing sounds from the bars or restaurants!
Just to note that I would add a microwave. Other than this kitchen is perfectly equipped. (But I admit this is a personal preference!!!!).
The washing machine is not located in the apartment, but it is a shared one for few apartments in this building.
Perfect-Stay provides accommodation within 700 metres of the centre of Antwerp, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.
