They went out of their way to welcome us. They allowed us into the apartment early. Location was excellent - walking distance to so much.

The hotel is hidden away from the noise and provides a peaceful haven, beautifully decorated and with the most caring and serviceable staff. Peter was such a delight from beginning to end to help me prepare a birthday surprise. His recommendations were very thoughtful and his execution of everything was a masterclass. We really appreciated that he was always so happy and welcomed us with a big smile. The Ruby room was spectacular, so cosy, and the breakfast was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. I wish I could give more than 10 stars.

Darling cozy apartment. It was a studio, but bed is seperated by a wall. The host was very good communicating and answering any questions. Bed was very comfortable and nice fluffy towels as well as nice soaps, shampoo etc.
