It's not really a hotel, but a house turned into a B&B. There isn't a reception or staff around, but they contacted me via whatsapp to let me know how to access the room. Irina (I think that's her name) goes to the house to prepare breakfast, and she's very helpful and friendly. They assisted us via whatsapp when needed. The room is really beautiful, and the bathroom looked like it'd been renovated recently. Breakfast was also great! Location is also good enough. It's a 10min-walk from the city center. But everything is beautiful in Bruges, so I didn't mind the walk at all.

It is in a great location. The view from my room was beautiful. The surprises waiting for me in the minibar and the key cabinet were very sweet. The room was very comfortable and beautifully designed. I especially loved the shower area; it was very spacious and modern. They also prepared a guide showing places you can visit in the area when you enter the room, which was a nice touch. I received quick responses to my calls. It was a wonderful vacation for me. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is located in an old building by the channel, in a very quiet and peaceful area, but close to the city centre.
The rooms are beautiful, the heating is perfect, as is the water cooling and warming (and pressure!)
The receptionists are very sweet and helpful.
We only stayed for one night but had such a lovely time that we will certainly come back and stay at Ter Brughe! ♥️

Perfect location for exploring the city. Have stayed here before and was keen to come back to the same hotel. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice.

I loved everything about this accommodation! It was beautifully furnished, bright and airy in the common areas and cosy and plush in the bedroom. The area was perfect too, lots of quirky antique and vintage shops nearby and an easy walk to all the main sights.
