Amzing hotel staff, very polite and professional. Location of course amazing-room had view, there was no street noise to be heard. Even simple room was great and we didn’t need anything more. Old style bar looks amazing, a peaceful garden perfect to relax in very late evening. We want to return to that place.

This is the second time I've stayed at The Duke's Palace, superb service from the receptionist, room service and the room had an amazing view of the garden. Breakfast offered a lot of choices even chocolate! The hotel is a bit pricey but well worth it!

Location is good. Just after the square. Good for walking around and heading back to rest. Room facing canal at renovated wing is big and comfy. The best stay in Europe. Wished I had booked another night to enjoy the facilities. Love the bar. So beautiful. Do yourself a favour, go to the bar if you are staying here.

We got an upgrade to the big apartment, which was a pleasant surprise. It was very spacious, stylish and well equipped. The location is pretty perfect, close to the centre but not loud or crowded. We didn't interact a lot with the owners, but everything went really smoothly. They also offer parking spots close by (for additional cost) if you arrive by car, which takes away a potential headache.
