In short words Everything. Everything just exceeded my expectations with this B&B. The staff so lovely and helpful, the place is like being inside of a doll house or farytale. Super clean. The mattress was like sleeping on a cloud, super comfortable. Breakfast was not only delicious but also very well presented. So this is a Exceptional rating for me. The apartment was great: all the rooms were very spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Heidi was very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to drop off our bags when we arrived and to check in once the apartment had been cleaned. Check in and check out were very well organised. Heaps of useful information was provided beforehand on the Enjoy Bruges website.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It had all the facilities we liked. We were able to lock up our bikes easily. It was conveniently close to the old town and close to buses if we had needed them.
