I recently stayed at the Citadines Toison d’Or Brussels Apartment weekend getaway, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, mini-fridge and Kitchenet . The bathroom was also spotless, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The hotel's location was big plus, as it was centrally located and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and attractions.

* Free water which helps a lot especially with small kids. * Free coffee was excellent. * Good idea to have the 5 euros voucher if the guest did not need room service. Will definitely come back again. We had a fire alarm that was triggered at 11am by a smoke detector. The staff handled it well with the evacuation.

The room was vary clean anda the hotel in general vary beautiful. Staff was vary friendly and available to help the host. The only bas point for US was the distance tò the metro. It's not too much but you have tò walk a bit. But my opinion is overall very good!

The decor is excellent, the room was great and very spacious
