We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel provides free water, which is located on the floor. The breakfast had a variety of food, so I would say everyone could find what they were looking for. The hotel is located close to the metro station and Brussel-Noord station and within walking distance of the city center. I would come back to this hotel.

Topnotch customer service and the vibe is really amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It's close to a train station and there is a grocery nearby. We will definitely stay here again should we decide to visit Brussels again.

The institute provides an unique community feeling. Their common spaces including the big garden faciliate long-term residents as well as short-term guest to connect. The personal name tags at the room doors added a welcoming touch. Moreover, the location was great by being close to public transport stations and in walking distance to EU buildings. The breakfast buffet was great offering different savory and sweet options. In addition, the around-the-clock coffee machine was a nice bonus. Furthermore, I want to highlight the option to leave luggage in the common wardroom on the day of departure. It turned out to be very handy for me since I left Brussels in the late evening and I still could explore the city until then without heavy baggage.
