The ladies on the reception were always friendly and very helpful with recommending a restaurant nearby to eat and also the best/scenic direction to walk into the old town. The fresh chopped fruit was lovely and the breakfast selection was outstanding.

I was helped by the most friendly and helpful young lady named Fien. She made me feel totally at home and so comfortable. The next morning I had the best coffee and breakfast ever! The location is very convenient, being close to Sint Pieters, not so far from the center and having access to public transportation. The host Bart is friendly and helps with food&drinks recommendations, as well as touristic places to visit. You may also scan the QR codes in your room to get some suggestions for things to do in Gent. The place is clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen had lots of things in case you would like some tea or coffee or eat there. I would definitely think of staying here again if I am to revisit Gent in the future.

A very beautiful hotel, the manager is extremely helpful and nice. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the spacious room.

Glenn was wonderful and took me to a gorgeous room overlooking the garden, beautiful Belgium linen and 2 chocs by the bedside table.. Delicious coffee in the morning and I met the amazing Alix who designed the place, def had that womens touch. It was like a 10 star hotel and yet so tranquil to stay.

Everything was fine, the location was great. The apartment was nice and clean, right in the city center. There were just some extra tourist fees that weren't listed on the website.
