I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The warm and welcoming reception made me feel right at home from the start. The intimate atmosphere and attention to detail were truly exceptional, showcasing the team’s genuine care for their guests. Bonus: it’s dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for me and my dog!

You will be greeted by a friendly, helpful host who greets you before you even get out of your car. We stayed in a very clean and beautifully designed room that met all needs. Kathleen served us a wonderful breakfast when we woke up in the morning. All the products on the table were special, and the fact that they were all natural farm products was a very impressive presentation. If I ever go to the Bruges - Gent region again, this will be my only address.

The most extraordinary place we have ever stay. This hotel puts many 5* in the shadows. Beautifully decorated to the highest standard and cleaned to a higher standard. Upon entering one feels at home and the staff were going above and beyond what was expected. Our room was enormous; tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The en-suite was spotless. Having travelled over 1800 miles from Bulgaria in the previous days we were given was can best be described as breakfast fit for a king, incredible cooked hot food, fresh breads, cheeses, hams, great coffee and orange juice. ( and then we were given pancakes. On the advice of the staff we visited the local town of Damme which itself was another great experience . I really wish I could have given a higher score in the ratings
