Excellent service from the hostess - extremely friendly and accommodating; stayed up late to receive us as we phoned ahead to say our ferry was late; had reserved a parking spot right next to our room to make it easier for my disabled mother, and was able to provide a sumptuous breakfast in our room as my mother was unable to make it to the dining room. The room was perfect for a disabled traveller, with plenty of space to move around in a wheelchair and a well equipped bathroom.
