I must admit that my overall experience was somewhat underwhelming. It was evident that this particular accommodation had previously been listed on Airbnb, which became apparent during my stay.
One positive aspect of my experience was the owner's kindness and prompt responses to my inquiries. However, it's worth mentioning that their communication was solely in Dutch, even though I had initially reached out in English. Fortunately, I happen to speak Dutch as well, so it wasn't a major issue, although it did catch me off guard

The appartment is located right at the tram stop with direct beach access.
All is clean and modern.
It is a great appartment with balcony and all appliances you may need for your stay.
