My husband recently had a one-night stay with his brother at Hotel Aurora Sofia.
The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Beyond that, the staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating.
A special shout-out goes to the receptionist, Neda. My husband wasn't sure if they'd need to extend their stay for two more nights. They asked Neda if she could book a room for them for those additional days, with the understanding that they wouldn't pay upfront and would have free cancellation within a few hours until they finalized their decision. She was incredibly eager to help and arranged everything without hesitation. We are very thankful for her understanding and excellent service.
Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic – very varied and incredibly tasty.

New hotel located 20 minutes of walk to the city centre, but you can use the public transport too. When you arrive, you will meet friendly and helpful staff, check-in is easy and fast. Everything in the hotel is new, our room had lot of space, was clean and modern. Beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was really good.
