Very good breakfast, more than helpful staff willing to help us in any way. We were more than happy with our choice of hotel which is located in a very nice area, close to the airport, next to The Mall, free parking. We were given early check in and late check out since our flights were early in the morning when we arrived and our departure flight was late in the evening. If we visit Sofia again, Novotel will be our only choice!

I recommend the hotel. Friendly staff, fast check-in (which comes in handy after a long flight), clean and newly renovated rooms, equipped with everything necessary to make you feel at home. A shout out to the bellboy, who helped with the luggage and was kind enough to give recommendations for places to visit. Breakfast 10/10 with some healthy options (the fruit smoothies were a nice tickle) The creme brûlée is a must-try!

Fantastic apartment- very clean and spacious, newly refurbished and equipped with all appliances needed. We really appreciated the great location- the flat is minutes away (walking) from a big shopping mall, transport links, stores, many different places to eat, hospitals, etc. as well as close to the airport. The host was very caring and responsive- proactively reached out to us before the trip to arrange the key collection, quickly responded to messages and ensured that the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
