Fast WiFi, fantastic breakfast with lots of delicious food choices, friendly and helpful staff. I forgot to bring a U.S.-to-Brazil power adapter and the front desk lent me one. The hotel is clean and sparkly and feels like a new property inside. The rooms are small but comfortable.

Great staff, well-equipped room, great facilities, wonderful breakfast, good neighbourhood. The staff are just helpful and will help you solve any problems, including early check-in, getting a taxi and more. The environment is good and not far from a shopping mall with different brands, restaurants and a grocery store.

Such a lovely hotel in a great location. All of the staff were so helpful always and very friendly and chatty. They even helped me to print out some paperwork. Having a pool in Belo Horizonte was such a bonus too. Rooms are cleaned everyday too.

Really big suite with two bathrooms, lounge/kitchen and bedroom. Floor to ceiling windows from lounge and very clean - housekeeping happened daily. Really good breakfast and different areas of communal space including nice pool area and winter garden. There is also a gym and outdoor mini running track. The location is within a few minutes of the bars (11th floor was quiet), shopping centre (Patio Savavassi and restaurants of Savassi and within a 10-15 min walk of Placa Liberdade. It was very easy to walk around the neighbourhood and to use Uber from here. If you're going to Inhotim, there is transport (bookable) from Holiday Inn which is 5 mins walk away
