Excellent staff, extremely helpful. Leaving complimentary drinks in the room fridge was particularly appreciated. All in all it was very good value for money.

Everything was perfect! The room was so clean, spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, the variety of food was very impressive. The location was awesome, the view to the city was so beautiful. We were really pleased with our days there. The staff was super friendly and helpful, special thanks to Brenda and Amanda, they made our experience there even easier and better. Also, one detail that I complain about most places is the lack of full length mirrors, but Pancetti have them in the bedrooms, as as we were going to a wedding, it was very helpful. They also had a regular hair dryer (way better than those that are hooked to the wall) and make up mirror. If you are there on Thursdays, don’t miss the street fair that happens in the street of the hotel, the food options are really good.
