Everything! From the host messaging early with copious useful details, to the thought put into the apartment layout, use and amenities provided. Host sent customer service to receive us and a cleaner as well who were very thorough and committed. Also, 2 toilets with showers! A HUGE WIN.

Maria is incredibly sweet and welcoming. She has managed hostels before, and it really shows. She’s clearly used her experience to create a space that genuinely meets travellers’ needs. The hostel is brand new and spotless, and the beds are some of the best I’ve seen in a hostel. They’re very private, with curtains, personal light, charging point, and even a personal fan. A big plus: no ladders - the top bunks have proper steps, which makes a huge difference. Bathrooms are spacious and private too.
The kitchen is extremely well stocked, with brand new pans and everything you need to cook properly.
The location is excellent: safe and just two blocks from the beach, with lots of good, cheap food nearby. Right next door on one side there’s a great place for fresh juices and tapioca pancakes, and on the other side a cheap and tasty dinner spot.
A really comfortable, well-thought-out hostel. I’d happily stay again.
